Peter, One part that confuses me is the following code in the FADispatcher class. if($ret =(bool)$observer->notify($event)) { break; } Why would you want to stop notifying the observers? Wouldnt the point be to notify all observers before stopping?

Quick roll back the old one was much cleaner and easier to read. This layout is like many others out there that do not look that great and are not easy to read.

K4bb v2 is much better than v1 when it comes to the eye candy but i like the fact that v1 had PHP 5 under the hood :)

Peter, This looks great, what is this part of? I am assuming it is part of a project that you are working on with a team. This is pretty cool and I look forward to seeing it in action.
