I agree with everything here. Great article! It seems to me that by far the largest problem with PHP is inconsistancy. I can't tell you how many times I've done: $foo = FooBar::getSomething()[5] And been saddened by the results. Also, what's with all the SPAM? Don't you moderate that crap?
